Other attractions of the Fort Kochi Beach include a granite walkway, a light house, St. Francis Church and the Vasco da Gama Square situated adjacent to the beach. Breathtaking views of sunsets can also be obtained on this untamed beautiful beach. The ruins of Fort Immanuel are accessible from the beach where one can catch glimpses of events and culture of the bygone eras. Cargo ships sometimes passing through the sea presents another beautiful view. One of the sections of Fort Kochi Beach is not accessible to the visitors as it is under the control of the Indian Navy.

Fort Kochi Beach is situated 12 kilometres away from Ernakulum. Cochin Airport, located at a distance of 45 kilometres, is the nearest airport to reach Fort Kochi Beach. The nearest railway station is situated 15 kilometres away. The beach is also well connected through roadways with other cities.
