Dudhani is a city in the Solapur district of the western state of India, Maharastra. It has a municipal council. It is located between 17.37° North latitude and 76.37° East longitude at a height of 443 metres (1453 feet) above mean sea level.
According to the 2001 census report, Dudhani had a population of 12,416 inhabitants. Males and females constitute an equal proportion of the population. In Dudhani, 13% of the population is less than six years of age. Dudhani has an average literacy rate of 60%, slightly higher than the national average literacy rate of 59.5%. The male literacy rate is 72% and, the female literacy rate is 49%.
