This popular place is easily accessible to the tourists as there are ample rail and road facilities that are available for tourists. There are cheap and affordable forest bungalows under the government of West Bengal which are readily available.

Sometimes a group of Elephants may come out from Dalma to visit Duarsini. One can spend hours sitting by the side of the river Satgurung. It is a wonderful weekend destination.

One can reach Ghatshila by train from Howrah. From Ghatshila a visitor can get hired car to reach Duarsini which is 20 km from Gatshila, which is another tourist location in West Bengal.
