Fazilka District
Fazilka district is one of new and 22 districts in the state of Punjab in North-West Republic of India. It has 314 revenue villages. The district headquarters of Fazilka District is in Fazilka City, and Abohar is district`s largest city.
Sri Muktsar Sahib District
Sri Muktsar Sahib District is one of the twenty two districts in Punjab. It is earlier known as Khidraane Di Dhaab. Its capital, the city of Sri Muktsar Sahib, is renamed from Muktsar to Sri Muktsar Sahib and so the district. The other towns in Sri Muktsar Sahib District include Malout, the largest town by population and Giddarbaha.
Mansa District
Mansa district falls under the Indian state of Punjab. The headquarters is Mansa city. Mansa district was formed on 13th April 1992 from the Bathinda District. Mansa district has three tehsils, Budhlada, Mansa and five development blocks, Bhikhi, Budhlada, Mansa, Jhunir and Sardulgarh with three sub-tehsils. Mansa is situated in the cotton belt of Punjab. Agriculture forms the backbone of the district"s economy.
Bathinda District
Bathinda district is a district of Malwa region of Punjab. The districts encompass an area of 3,344 square kilometers. It is bounded by Faridkot district and Moga district on the north, Mukatsar district on the west, Barnala District and Mansa district on the east, and the state of Haryana on the south. Bathinda District is the cotton producing belt of Punjab. The district of Bathinda came into existence with the formation of the PEPSU in 1948. It had its headquarters at Faridkot, which were shifted to Bathinda District in 1952.
Sangrur District
Sangrur district is in the state of Punjab in North-West Republic of India. Earlier Barnala was part of Sangrur district, but now Barnala is a separate district. Sangrur consists of the cities of Dhuri, Lehragaga, Malerkotla, Sangrur, and Sunam. Other cities in Sangrur District are Ahmedgarh, Amargarh, Bhawanigarh, Dirba, Khanauri, Longowal and Moonak.
