An industrial town of the northern state of India is Dharuhera. It is situated in the Rewari district of Harayana. The national capital of India, Delhi is located 70 km. southwest of Dharuhera. This industrial town is well connected to Delhi and other nearby places .The nearest airport is at New Delhi and the closest railway station is at Rewari. Dharuhera is situated on the cross junction of National Highway 8 and the Rewari-Sohna-Palwal State Highway.

According to the 2001 census report, Dharuhera had a population of 18,890 inhabitants. Males constitute 57% of the population and females 43% of the population.
