Devi Ahilya University is located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. It was established in the year 1964 by an act of Madhya Pradesh State Legislative Assembly.

Devi Ahilya University, Indore, Madhya PradeshDevi Ahalya University was named after Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar. The University has been recognised by the University Grant Commission. The University caters the educational needs of Indore. 153 colleges have been affiliated to this university. The university has two campuses. It offers undergraduate, post graduate and doctorate programmes in various disciplines. It also conducts some professional courses.
