Deomali is a census town situated in the Tirap district of Arunachal Pradesh. Deomali is located at 27.1585 ° N and 95.47816 ° E. Nocte is the principal inhabitants of this region. Some small population of Wancho, Tutsa, Adi, Nyishi, Galo and Assamese are also found here. Main festival of Deomali is Chalo Loku and it belongs to the Nocte tribe. The festival is celebrated in the month of November every year.
