Deepti Naval is the unconventionally beautiful actress with eyes that reminds of the profundity of wilderness, emotional archives and a magnetic private allure that gave way to tempestuous whirls amidst the heart of many, as they mellifluously chanted to the rhythms of her picturised song: "Tum ko dekha to ye khayal aya / Zindegi dhoop tum ghana saya". Deepti Naval`s Personal Life
Deepti Naval once married the filmmaker and director Prakash Jha. Later, she also had a short-term affair with actor Nana Patekar. Deepti was finally engaged to Vinod Pandit before he died. After she left acting in lead roles, she preferred playing character roles in mainstream Hindi films. Deepti Naval once expressed that she was not satisfied with the roles she was offered and thus took a break. Later she made a comeback with films like Bawandar and Freaky Chakra. In April, Deepti Naval was honoured at Los Angeles with 2007 Tribute Honoree of the Indian Film Festival.
