Dayal Bagh is also known as Soami Bagh and is a sacred place located 15 km. north of Agra city in the northern state of India, Uttar Pradesh. It is an extension of the Agra city and is located 13 km. from the centre of Agra. Dayal Bagh is the nodal point of the Radha Soami religious sect and for this reason the Dayal Bagh temple draws a large number of devotees every year. The temple was built in 1861 and is a magnificent structure with a height of 110 feet. The temple built in white marble is the samadhi of Swamiji Maharaj, the founder of Radha Swami faith.
