Garna Sahib Gurdwara - Dasuya, Hoshiarpur, PunjabDasuya is a small town in Hoshiarpur district of Punjab. Located 40 km. north west of Hoshiarpur this town is well connected by road rail and airways. The nearest airport is the Chandigarh Airport. Dasuya Railway Station is the nearest railway station, which is situated on the Pathankot -Jalandhar line of the Northern Railways. NH 1A passes through Dasuya. The municipality looks the local administration of the place. The topography of the place is 240 metres (787 feet) above mean sea level. The place is situated between 31.82° North latitude and 75.66° East longitude.

Dasuya has a historical significance and it is believed that this town dates back to the great Indian epic Mahabharata.There are many temples belonging to the Pandavas which are still in existence. The major attraction nearby is the Garna Sahib Gurdwara at Bodal village. Shakti temple at Nai Abadi, the Baba Balak Nath temple at Sukhiabad and the Hari Baba temple at Hari Nagar are some pilgrim spots around Hoshiarpur. Another spot worth visiting is the gaushala, located on the Hoshiarpur-Dasuya road, near Shivpuri.

According to the 2001 census report, Dasuya has a population of about 20,118 where males constitute 52% of the population and the females 48% of the population. 11% of the population is less than six years of age. The literacy rate of Dasuya is 76%, which is higher than the national standard, which is 59.5%. The male literacy rate of the town is 79% and the female literacy rate is 73%.
