Chitti Annavaram Temple, located in Madanapalle town in Chittoor district of the south Indian state Andhra Pradesh, is dedicated to Lord Sri Sathya Narayana Swamy. The temple has derived his name from the words "Anna" which refers to whatever you say or you desire and "Varam" which means boon. Puranas state that Lord Sri Sathya Narayana Swamy, the presiding deity of the temple, blesses his devotees with Anna Varam or wanted boon.

Chitti Annavaram Temple has a unique feature. In the temple the installation of Sri Ananta-lakshmi Ammavaru, Lord Sri Satya Narayana Swamy and Lord Sri Uma Maheshwara Swamy is on one Peetham which represents the one-ness of both Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu. In terms of architecture as well as rituals, the temple is the replica of the Sri Sathya Narayana Swamy Temple, located in Annavaram in the East Godavari district. The temple serves as an important religious refuge and attracts devotees from distant places.
