Cezanne Khan , Indian TV ActorCezanne Khan is a very popular name on the small screen. He stole the hearts of millions by the character portrayal of Anurag Basu in the popular Balaji soap `Kasauti Zindagi Kay`. Now he is back to make his fans to fall in love with him once again with the character of Dr. Dhruv Verma in the much-admired Sony show `Ek Ladki Anjaani Si`. This very popular actor was born on 28th December 1977. He completed his graduation on Communication from Mithibhai College in Bandra, which is situated in Mumbai. His father Ustad Rais Khan is a well-known sitarist and his mother is an interior designer. His brother Suhail Khan is also a composer, singer and sitar musician. From his college days only Cezanne Khan was involved with modeling and theater. He was supposed to pursue his further studies in management from a reputed B-school. At that point of time he bagged an offer to do a film. He gladly accepted to work for it but unfortunately the film did not see the light of the day. Soon after he was offered a role in the popular Zee show `Hasratein` by Anubhav Sinha. He then also made an appearance in the popular serial `Dushmaan` by B.R. Films. Following this he managed to bag the meaty character portrayal of Anurag Basu in the Balaji blockbuster show `Kasauti Zindagi Kay`.

Since the start of the soap `Kasauti Zindagi Kay` Cezanne Khan never had to look back. He also hosted `The Good Health Show` on Zee Television. The past serials of Cezanne Khan include `Piya Ke Ghar Main`, ` Hum Do Hain Na`, ` Kya Hadsa Kya Haqeeqat`, `Kalirein` and `Palchin`. In the year 2003 he received two Indian Television Awards for the categories ` Most Popular Indian TV actor` and for `Best TV Male Personality`. In the same year he also won the `Best Jodi Award` for the on-screen couple chemistry along with Prerna (played by Shweta Tiwari). However some time back he quitted the serial for much greener pastures. He claims that his theater experience is seeing him through his character. He has never received any formal course in acting. He claims that his biggest teacher on the sets is Dipak Kazir. He is grateful to him for making everything work out in the correct order. He also claims that romance takes him to his female fans. He is also very comfortable in memorizing dialogues and never goofs up his dialogues. In the initial stages people mistook him for Hrithik Roshan`s wife Suzanne Khan but at present he does not suffer from this sort of identity crisis. He has managed to carve out a niche for himself in the hearts of the small screen audiences and his huge fan following wishes him great luck for his future endeavors.
