Madhya Pradesh is a state in central India and the capital is Bhopal. The largest city of Madhya Pradesh is Indore. With over 75 million inhabitants, Madhya Pradesh is the fifth-largest state in India by population. While on the other hand, Chhattisgarh with Raipur as the capital is one of the most furnished industrial towns after Ranchi in Jharkhand. It is the state of waterfalls. In the history of Chhattisgarh, one can see the tribal history which began from Pre historical era. Chhattisgarh was under Maratha rule (Bhonsales of Nagpur) from 1741 to 1845. It came under British rule from 1845 to 1947 as the Chhattisgarh Division of the Central Provinces. Raipur gained prominence over the capital Ratanpur with the advent of the British rule in 1845. In 1905, the Sambalpur district was transferred to Odisha and the estates of Surguja, now Sarguja District were transferred from Bengal to Chhattisgarh.

Raipur is a city in the Raipur district of the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. It is the capital city of the state of Chhattisgarh. It is the administrative headquarters of Raipur district. It is also the largest city in Chhattisgarh. Raipur is famous for its many tourist destinations like Kanha Tiger Reserve, Achanakmar Wildlife Sanctuary, Amarkantak, Bhoramdeo Temple, Dongargarh, Setganga, Sirpur, Champaran, Rajim, Chitrakoot Waterfall, Indravati National Park, Kanger Valley National Park, Gangrel Dam and Murrum Silli Dam. While on the contrary, Sirpur has many deula structure temples. With all, Raipur is the best place to travel. Raipur is also an important regional commercial and industrial destination for the coal, power, plywood, steel and aluminum industries. Raipur is among the richest cities and the biggest iron market in Central India. There are about 200 steel rolling mills, 195 sponge iron plants, more than 6 steel plants, more than 60 plywood factories, 500 agro-industries and more than 35 ferro-alloy plants.
