Amrita Arora, Bollywood ActressThe very attractive Bollywood actress Amrita Arora was born on 31st January 1978 in the family of a Malayali mother, Joyce Polycrap and Punjabi father, Anil Arora. Her sister Malaika Arora Khan is a very popular model and actress. Her brother-in-law Arbaaz Khan and Salman Khan are admired Bollywood actors. Arora was married to Shakeel Ladak on 4 March 2009 and gave birth to a baby boy Azaan on 5 February 2010.

Amrita Arora`s Film Career
Initially Amrita Arora started her career as a MTV veejay and gradually made her way to acting in commercials. She was also known for endorsing the popular brands like Ponds, Elle 18, Sunsilk Fruitamins and After Smoke. Arora debuted with the movie Kitne Door Kitne Paas with Fardeen Khan. Though her debut movie could not create waves in the box office Amrita Arora rocked the silver screen with her sizzling performances in the Bollywood flick `Awara Paagal Deewana`. Her famous movies include Fight Club, Deha, Jeet: Feel the Force, Raakh, Rakht: What If You Can See the Future, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Girlfriend, Shart: The Challenge, Ek Aur Ek Gyarah, Awara Paagal Deewana, and Fight Club. She appeared on the hugely popular chat show `Koffee with Karan` with her sister. In the recent times however Amrita Arora is famous in Bollywood for her item numbers. One of her very first item numbers `Delhi Ki Sardi` made the whole nation zoom to the spicy beats of the number.

Recently she appeared in Kambakth Ishq with Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor and Aftab Shivdasani. It is expected that Amrita Arora would also make a great comeback with some meaningful roles in the near future
