Bendru Theertha Hot Spring is a natural hot water spring located in the Dakshina Kannada district of Karnataka. It is situated in an area near the River Seeresude, a small tributary of the River Chandragiri. Bendru Theertha Hot Spring contains traces of sulphur and is known to have curative properties. It is listed by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) as the only natural hot spring of South India. A pool has been constructed around the spring for visitors to experience the warmth of the hot spring. Bendru Theertha Hot Spring is the oldest hot spring in South India.

As the density of the heated water is lower than normal water, it comes out in the form of a spring.
