Lakshadweep has no railways network from the main land India (Indian states). It is only connected by waterways with luxuriant cruises from Kochi and airways from Kochi Airport and HAL Bangalore International Airport. Agatti Aerodrome on Agatti Island is one and only airport connected with all the major cities of Karnataka like Madekeri, Calicut, Coimbatore, Kozhikode and Mangalore.
