Baljit Singh Sahni is an Indian football player. He is the formidable player in Kingfisher East Bengal F.C. He plays as a striker of the team from Eastern zone. He plays for East Bengal in I League. In the year 2014, he was chosen as a team member of Atletico de Kolkata in the 2014 Indian Super League, an international level football team like Indian Premier League.

Baljit Singh Sahni was born in the year 1987 in Hosiharpur. He is an Indian football player who currently plays as a Striker for East Bengal in the I-League. In the early phase of his career, he played for JCT Club, one of the domestic level football clubs in India.
Career of Baljit Singh Sahni
Baljit Singh Sahni had played for JCT Mills for 5 years. In the 2009--2010 seasons, Baljit Singh Sahni scored the first hatrick of the season against Shillong Lajong, another domestic level football team in North East India. On 11th November 2009, however Sahni was seriously injured in a bike accident along with team mate Sunil Kumar Thakur in Margao, Goa while the team were preparing for an upcoming match against Salgaocar in the I-League. There he got injured. As a result of the accident Baljit Singh Sahni required 25 stitches and he fractured his chin. At this point, in the season Baljit Singh Sahni was in top form with six goals in the opening seven matches. However on 28 January 2010, Baljit Singh Sahni made in his first game since the accident coming on as a second-half substitute and he even scored a goal as JCT Mills defeated Sporting Goa in 2-0. He joined in East Bengal in the year 2010, when Baljit Singh Sahni signed for I league matches. Baljit Singh Sahni has represented Punjab in Santosh Trophy. He also played for junior India National Football Team and also represented Senior National Team. He had also represented India in the 2006 AFC Youth Championship.
