It is a constituent college of Delhi University, which promotes education in co - educational mode. On 3rd August , 1959, Late Shri Atma Ram Chadha has established this college. With the vision of propagating education far this scholarly man also took the responsibility of chairing the governing body of this college in the year 1967. Presently it is located at Dhaula Kuan, encompassing a total area of approximately 12.3 acres. It is really an institution of distinction with a treasure of well experience, qualified and competent faculty. Presently Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma college is now running under the chairmanship of , Mr. Chander Mohan Chadha .

The Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma college, Delhi has departments like Commerce , Economics, English, History , Hindi, Mathematics, Physics, Political Science, Chemistry, Sanskrit, Computer Science , Biology.
