Ajay Gehi, Indian Television Actor Ajay Gehi is one of the few good actors who have gained permanent position in the silver screen after winning the hearts of the common in the television. He became a household name after appearing as the next-door boy lover named Rahul in the popular daily titled Millie.

This actor was born on 3rd July in Mumbai and brought up in the same city. He belongs to a Sindhi family in the small community of Gehi who actually speaks like the Punjabis and not in the typical Sindhi language. He completed his studies from HR College. He then was into a job of selling computers and was on a three months stint to Dubai. But he soon got bored of that job and came back and thought it wise to pursue his career in the thing which he has the maximum amount of interest, which is acting. As a young man he is a very serious and focused person and has his entire career planned and follows it very religiously as well. He is married to Malvika who works for an ad-agency.

In the initial stages he started off with modelling and his first ad was for a cold drink called Fanta. He got this ad by being selected from an audition and from there on he never had to look back and kept on being showered with assignments. In the small screen he became popular by the character of Rahul in the serial Millie, which earned him both fame and recognition.

In the silver also his career took off after he played the character of Guddu in the film Miya Maqbool. In this film he plays the son of Piyush who is related to the underworld. Masoomi is the heroine who is paired opposite him in this movie. This film was indeed a good break for him and also gave him the opportunity to work with biggies like Irfan Khan, Tabbu, Naseeruddin Shah, Om Puri and Pankaj Kapur. It was indeed a unique and memorable experience for him to work with such experienced individuals from the Indian film industry.

A few years back he had a work experience with the director in a television daily called Gubbare. He has also signed films with Sudhakar Bokade and Sunil Bijlani. He acted in Not a Love Story and Raavan.
