The Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) organises ATMA or AIMS Test for Management Admission. AIMS or Association of Indian Management Schools was founded in the year 1988. It was basically formed as a network of all the renowned management institutes of the country. It is a country wide broad network with more than 350 management schools. This association represents the Indian management schools in several national as well as international forums that are associated with management education. AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) is aptly defined as a platform offered by Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) for entering the professional management degree courses. Students after clearing this entrance test can opt for a professional postgraduate management degree programme and pursue their dream career in the demanding corporate sector. The postgraduate management degree includes functional as well as computer management courses offered by various institutes and universities. ATMA is one of the three main management entrance exams in India. Stapled, wrinkled or damaged application form will not be accepted. They can pay the amount either in cash or by a bank demand draft and collect the application kit from the office of ATMA .The Demand Draft need to be drawn in favour of the Association of Indian Management Schools. Eligibility Criteria for AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) A minimum of bachelor`s degree in any discipline or stream of study is required. Students with this degree can apply for ATMA (AIMS Test for Management Admission). Students in their final of the bachelor`s degree programme can also apply. For this management entrance test there is no regulation or restriction as such regarding the percentages. Experience is not required, fresher students can apply and there is no age bar. Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) do not suggest any particular preparatory training or course for this management entrance test.

Pattern of Examination
The pattern of AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) is almost similar to that of Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT). The test paper of ATMA basically consists of objective type questions with multiple-choice answers. It consists of six sections that cover several domains of reasoning and analytical skills, quantitative skills, as well as verbal skills. This test has the system of negative marking for every single wrong answer.

Syllabus
There is no pre-defined syllabus for the AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA). This test is specifically designed to measure the candidate`s aptitude in the concerned area. The total percentile scores in all the sections (reasoning and analytical skills, quantitative skills, as well as verbal skills) of the written test determine the selection of the candidate.
