Jatin Shah is the new heartthrob if the Indian television industry. He is seen essaying the positive characters in two of the famous soaps under Balaji banner `Kasturi` and `Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki`. The charming, modest and suave actor is now regarded as one of the hottest looking male in tellydom. In the initial stages he had started off with a few advertisements but later he got a call from the Balaji Productions and they offered him the character of Yuvraj.

He liked the role so much so that he instantly agreed to do it. But unfortunately it was a cameo and the role soon came to an end. The audiences could not see enough of the acting skills of this dashing hunk. Soon after he appeared in two popular Balaji shows, one is the very popular `Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki` and the other one is the recently launched Balaji soap `Kasturi`. In the former one his character is a gray shade while in the later he is seen in an out and out positive character portrayal. He claims that though the characters are similar if viewed from the point of the `love-triangle` but actually they are poles apart. Adi and Maithali were at extreme ends and came closer to each other in the times of the crisis of the later where as Raunak was always very close to Robbie and Kasturi and treated them as his best friends.

He also feels that he can relate more to the character of Raunak than Adi because in his personal life also he is a man of very calm composure and does not loose his cool at every possible instant. He considers himself to be very fortunate about getting a chance to work in the Balaji camp. He also does not mind the long working hours that he has to put in. he has no problems with his shooting schedules as Balaji has given him flexible hours of working.

Jatin Shah is also keen on pursuing theater and is waiting for the right opportunity to strike off. As of working outside the Balaji bandwagon is concerned he would definitely take up the project if the script is good and he gets to portray a meaty role. With his co-stars also this actor shares a very good bonding. He is especially close to Karan Patel aka Robbie of `Kasturi` and remarks that he is the greatest prankster off-screen. He is happy with his roles at present but does not want to continue with them if the serial takes a generation leap.

According to him if he is unable to relate to a particular character it is no use portraying it because he would not be able to give his best on-screen. In that case he would have a talk with the production house and move on towards other projects. He also has aspirations to join the Bollywood film industry and added in a recent interview that he will not join Bollywood just for the sake of joining it. Instead he would try his luck there only if he is offered some meaningful roles and the character is well sketched.

On the personal front this striking actor does not have anyone special in his life as of now. His first crush was on a girl when he was in class IX but nothing materialized and she moved on in her life. His fans wish that he would not only get his love of life soon but also entertain his huge fan following by accepting roles that will make him excel as an actor. They also wishes him all the best for his future endeavors.
