The Manori Beach is a quiet, peaceful tourist attraction known for its white sands and lush greenery surrounding it. Manori Beach is often referred to as the twin of the Marve Beach, which is located in the western suburb of Malad in the city of Mumbai. There is a ferry ride to and fro from Manori to Marve beach.

The Manori Beach is the place if one is looking for solitude and tranquillity in the midst of nature. Surrounded by cashew nut trees and hilly ranges, the beach has an enchanting view. The beach is known for its clear white sand undisturbed by industrialization and expansion. It is still far from the touch of commercialisation. This place is also referred to as "Mini-Goa", for its Portuguese culture and atmosphere which one gets to experience here is similar to that of Goa.

The Manori Beach has a pleasant atmosphere. The summers are usually moderate and the winters are pleasant. The beach maintains a moderate weather condition throughout the year, thus increasing the influx of tourists.

Manori Beach is a major tourist spot for city dwellers to escape the chaos of the metropolis. The local fishing community and their rustic lifestyle draw the holidaymakers for a great rural treat. There is also an abundance of hotels, resorts and cottages as many picnickers visit daily. Beachside shacks are also pretty common in the area. There are food stands that serve Indo-Chinese and East-Indian food and seafood. Popular dishes like pork vindaloo, stuffed pomfret, and dry Bombay duck chutney and prawn chilli fry are noteworthy. There are three divisions of Manori village namely Koliwada, Bhandarwada and Panchghar having their uniqueness featuring typical tourist attractions. Koliwada is the most populated and congested compared to the other sections. The Manori Beach is known for its bustling night life. The nearby attractions are Essel World and the Marve Beach, which is also known as the Gorai Beach.

Visiting information of Manori Beach
Manori Beach is easily connected by both railways and roadways. While travelling through railways, Malad is the nearest station. The distance from Malad to this beach is usually completed in mere 15 minutes if travelled using ferries. The closest airport is the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai.
