Since everybody is an individual- with his or her own history, physical surroundings, personal and spiritual development- Kundalini release behaves differently with each individual human. These are some of the symptoms, which might specify an unnecessary discharge of Kundalini, meaning before the system is ready-

Inexplicable illness, unpredictable behaviour, a feeling `losing it` and complexity coping with everyday life, chills and flashings, verification of multiple personalities, unwarranted mood swings, melancholy or ecstasy, times of extreme monotony or luminosity, loss or deformation of memory, bafflement with oneself, others, work or the world in general, extremities in appearance (a person may waver from looking years younger one moment and twenty years older after a shirt span of time), visual effects- `seeing` lights or colours, geometric shapes, scenes from past lives, or future occurring.
