Muthayammal College of Arts and Science, Rasipuram, Tamil NaduEstablished in 1994, Muthayammal College of Arts and Science offers 15 Undergraduate Programmes and 17 Postgraduate Programmes in both fundamental and advanced courses in streams like Arts and Science. Courses on Biological sciences like Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bio-technology etc., are quite advanced and up-to-date. Students are offered degrees both at undergraduate, postgraduate level in these subjects. Even doctoral programs can be pursued. Hotel management and catering technology is very much in demand amongst the students.

A Training and Placement Cell is integrated within Muthayammal College of Arts and Science. It has good infrastructure that facilitates proper functioning. The college is situated at Kakkaveri (PO), Rasipuram 637408, Nammakkal Dist., Tamil Nadu and is in the midst of nature`s bounty. Throughout the year special training programmes are conducted for grooming the students for forthcoming campus interviews. The cell invites several industries and reputed companies, so that they can provide placements to the deserving students in esteemed companies. Apart from these, Muthayammal College of Arts and Science has a well-stocked library. Hostels are also provided to the students. Apart from academics, attention is also given in inculcating various co-curricular activities amongst the students. Sports like Gymnastics, Handball, Football, Hockey, Volleyball, ball Badminton, Kabaddi, Table Tennis, Kho-Kho, Chess, Carrom, Cricket, are given due attention.
