Steps of Maha Sacral Mudra
Maha Sacral Mudra is exercised in a way that the ring finger pads are placed together with the little fingers on the thumbs. This position is held for ten breaths.

The next step follows the positioning the pads of the little fingers together and the ring fingers are place don the thumbs. The practitioner should stay on this position for ten breaths. This mudra can be practiced at least 3 times a day or as prescribed by the mentor.
