Lubna Salim, Indian TV ActressLubna Salim, the daughter of the renowned playwright and Hindi film scriptwriter Javed Siddique, has successfully made her mark in the television industry and also as a theatre artist. She was born in a family, which holds high regards for theatre and who are also an integral part of the acting world. She did her education from the Mithibai College Mumbai. The theatre audience would cherish her acting skills through the character of Hori in the play `Hori` which was directed by Kamlakar Sontake in the year 1979.

Career of Lubna Salim
Lubna Salim acted in a number of TV serials like Bharat Ek Khoj, Daaman, Chhatrapati Shivaji and Mera Naam Karegi Roshan. She has performed in many plays including Azar ka kwab, Atmakatha, Shyam Rang, Lakeerein and Mera Kuch Saman. She was awarded with the STAR Parivaar Award in 2007 and the Indian Telly Award in 2008 for her role in Baa Bahoo Aur Baby.

Lubna Salim had tied the knot at a very early age with Salim Arif. The couple is blessed with two sons.
