Scholarships:
The country`s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade`s office in Delhi, offers undergraduate scholarships. Since July 1, 2006, the New Zealand government is progressively expanding scholarships for international pupils.
At present, up to hundred PHD and postgraduate level scholarships are available besides the same number of undergraduate awards.

Part- time jobs:
Candidates pursuing full-time courses can work 20 hours a week when the sessions are on and can work full time during vacations.

How to apply:
The candidate is expected to dispatch their completed application forms to the International offices of respective universities. Aspirants can also apply directly to the International Office or through an approved education adviser.

Application:
The candidate is expected to apply at least three months before seeking admissions. However, the processing of the application begins around six months before seeking admissions.

Tests to be taken:
For a candidate to seek admission in New Zealand, they need to meet the following requirements:

• Resume

•Statement of Purpose (SoP)

•Certificates, mark sheets

•Letters of recommendation

•IELTS score

•Work experience letters

•A photocopy of your passport and two photographs

Future prospects:
On completing their program, graduates can stay in New Zealand for six months on a special visa to look for a job. After taking up employment, they may seek a work permit. New Zealand needs skilled migrants for a wide number of jobs depending upon the education that they seeked in the country.
