Hypertension: High blood pressure can be caused due to a number of reasons. It is a disease that can be cured only by regular practice of meditative yoga asanas like the Pranayama.
Indigestion: Indigestion can be cured by practicing the Balasana (child pose) or Pavana Muktasana (wind relieving pose).
