Early Life of Ruchira Kale
Ruchira Kale did her schooling from St. Mary`s Convent School. Later she studied at Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, in Bhopal and Abhinava Vidyalaya, in Pune and completed her education. She obtained her Master`s Degree in English Literature. When Ruchira Kale was at her 12 years of age, she became all rounder at school; but decided to consecrate herself fully to music. Her father Dilip Kale initiated her to the world of music and trained her to make a distinctive place in the world. Later on under the expert tutelage of renowned vocalist of Jaipur Gharana, Alka Deo Marulkar, she learnt the nuances of Hindustani Classical and Semi Classical vocal music. In the year 2003, Ruchira Kale joined the high-status ITC Sangeet Research Academy, Kolkata, to receive precious Taleem from the distinguished Gwalior-Jaipur Gharana vocalist Pt. Ulhas Kashalkar. Ruchira Kale, Indian Classical VocalistFrom the doyen of Banaras gharana, Girija Devi, she has also learnt the intricacies of Thumri, Dadra, Hori, Kajri. Apart from exhibiting excellence in the field of music, she has also shown her brilliance in the academic field.

Career of Ruchira Kale
Ruchra Kale has exhibited at many highly esteemed platforms in India and abroad, the ITC SRA Sangeet Sammelans, Lucknow, Delhi; the ITC SRA Scholars Presentation, Kolkata; Yuva Mahotsav, DMCC, Mumbai; Yashwantrao Chavan Center, Mumbai; Pt. Ratanjankar Smriti Samaroh, Gwalior; Gururao Deshpande Sangeet Sabha, Bengaluru; Aarambh, Bharat Bhawan, Bhopal; Uttaradhikar, M.P. Government, Khandwa; Vedic Heritage Aashram, Long Island, New York, to name a major few. In the year 2002, a successful concert and Lecture-Demonstration tour, Ruchira Kale has also visited the USA and Canada.

Ruchira Kale has also released her international album, A Place in Space. The noted news paper Mid-Day, Pune has given her the name, Young Achiever. Dainik Bhaskar, Bhopal, being an imperative national newspaper, has named her as the Woman Achiever. Ustad Zakir Hussain, Pandit Jasraj, Pt. Vishwa Mohan Bhatt, Pt. C. R. Vyas, Pt. Ajay Chakraborthy, Gundecha Brothers, Pt. Suresh Talwalkar, Padma Talwalkar, Shruti Sadolikar, Pt. Kumar Prasad Mukherjee, Buddhadev Dasgupta has applauded and appreciated her gayaki.

Achievements of Ruchira Kale
Ruchira Kale has won the All India Radio Classical Vocal Competition, in the year 1999 at the National level, Gaanvardhan Sansthan Award at Pune and Dewal Club Award at Kolhapur. In 2000, Ruchira Kale was certificated with the Central Government`s Scholarship for Young Talents.
