Megha Gupta is an Indian actress and model who has essayed a varied range of roles on Indian television, in many popular daily series, like "Kkavyanjali", "Kumkum - Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan", "Mamta", "Main Teri Parchhain Hoon" and "Maat Pitaah Ke Charnon Mein Swarg". She gained prominence portraying the character of Satya Shrivastav, the first widow of the male protagonist Akshay Shrivastav, played by Anand Suryavanshi, in the erstwhile popular Zee TV show "Mamta". Her scenes in the soap began when the character of Akshay had already expired and she had managed to awe inspire the television audiences, particularly in the scene where she had to wail and break her bangles on the wall.
Born on May 13, 1985, Megha Gupta appeared in the TV soap "Main Teri Parchhain Hoon", in the role of the character Aanchal, who reflected the shadow of a married woman and a mother. She grabbed the role immediately after being offered, it being very different from the others that she had played. Earlier, Megha had also been seen in other popular TV shows, including "Kkusum" and `C.I.D.`. She later appeared in the show "Ssshhhh... Phir Koi Hai" as Danav Dasi, while also making appearances in "Swarg", "Perfect Bride" and "Aahat". She participated in the Indian dance reality show "Nach Baliye 4", along with Naman Shaw and the pair eventually ended up as runner-up in the contest, the winning pair being Shaleen Bhanot and Daljeet Kaur. Gupta had also appeared in shows "Yeh Hai Aashiqui" and "Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya" in August 2014, and acted in soaps "Maat Pitaah Ke Charnon Mein Swarg" and "Yahaaan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli". She was last seen in Life OK`s popular series "Dream Girl - Ek Ladki Deewani Si", as Aarti Roy/Shikha, and in the channel"s horror show "Ringa Ringa Roses".
In 2016, Megha Gupta appeared in the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Bollywood film "Fan", as Payal. She has also modelled for brands such as Dominos.

Personal Life of Megha Gupta
Megha Gupta got married to Aditya Shroff, owner of the Fame Cinemas chain, in December 2010. But the couple got separated in 2014. She had been dating television actor Siddhant Karnick and the couple got engaged on May 12, 2016 at a club in South Mumbai, in a small intimate affair with only family and close friends in attendance.
